I think this is the first 'true' mc i got this year. I mean, the MCssssss that i've got before are due to 1 UTI , 1 fall and 1 mishap. This year's health record is satisfactory. Touch Wood! But only 1 UTI so far. Usually i'll had it like, 3-5 times a year. Fever also due to UTI. But this time, it's pure heatiness and not enough sleep. I had 4 ulcers in my mouth, 1 in my nose, and 1 painful acne on my forehead.
Yes, drink more water plus good sleep!!! The only medicine......
