Rental

We've finally signed on the dotted line for our 351 house rental. Never did we dream that it'll double up within just a year. It's an Eurasian family of 5 waiting for their new home to be ready. Hope everything goes smoothly from here... Pls dun give us any trouble orh...

I actually sent out the msg to 2 agents yesterday morning. One of them called me in the afternoon and arranged 3 groups of potential tenants here. We were rather shocked, not prepared for it. We didn't now they actually do in groups nowadays, meaning different agents with tenants come at the same time. All of them like our home but 1 group needs it almost immediately. The second group is a Finnish (?? fm Finland... do u call Finnish? Finian?) whose wife is local with a newborn baby. The third group is the local Eurasian family. BK preferred the Finland guy with small family. But cos of $ that we're looking at, only the Eurasian family is willing to deal. In fact, tonite 2 more groups came when we were signing the docs. the chinese lady is very keen too.... but still, it's the $$$..... hope we can still ride on this smooth sail for long long time.
