$$$ never enough

When u dun hv it, u wish u had. When u had, u wish u had more. When u had more, u wish for unlimited. Human! We have finally changed our TV, after consideration of about a year. We have finally changed our car, after realising it's coming to 5 years old next month. The steels price are so high but how come used car price is dropping? The depreciation value will costs us another $3K if we dun scrap it next month. Hence, a new Camry in mind after months & months of thinking and chewing on it.

People would think we are rich but it's all on loan. Sori hor, I would say i'm rich when i'm real cash-rich. Buying a car with fully paid hard cash. Owning a house with fully paid hard cash. That's initially what we decided too, never spend on future $. In fact, we were trying to clear as much loan as possible. But while planning to clear our car loan, we find the instalment same as what we have been paying as we bought the old car at a high price. Hence, getting a high resale value car, paying the same amount of instalment..... what's our option? *ehmmm, just an excuse to get a dream car... ha ha ha. Anyway, life is short, enjoy and own it while we can. It's my darling's dream car anyway. Be it if we can only afford for 1 year, 2 year and then being towed away... we've owned it once... ha ha ha Excuses are create by man!

Oh ya, my dear sister will be turning 32 today. I'm so happy for her. She's grown up and being more mature, i wish her blissful marriage complete with juniors very soon, stay healthy and happy every single day. It's a great thing to age, it's a wonderful world to experience with our 'time'. Haiz... gotta think this way, comforting ourselves... cos it'll be my turn in 2mths time... arrhhhhhhh... :p
