The journey was quite a smooth one. Driving at the average speed of 140km/hr at the risk of paying summon, took us 3 hrs to KL. This wedding dinner was a special one. I'm glad i went. It was a poolside wedding with buffet style. Overheard they have so many relatives and frends that it was the 3rd dinner they arranged. Very relaxing, we were sitting with the bride and groom's college classmates whom were the bubbly, playful and interesting lot. They were cool. We had a pleasant nite. The icing on the cake was, the bridge dance slow waltz and Rock & Roll with one of her uncle. Cool right? We joined them to the after-dinner party, at a discotheque in the resort hotel. As expected, the groom was oredi unable to walk a straight line, joining us there. He quietly sat down (like a Tua Peh Kong. Ooops! hee hee....) watching the rest dance.
Oh, this hotel, Saujana, it's golf course is Malaysia's no. 1 course and is a championship course. We were honoured to have a round of 18. The hotel offer free shuttle service to town. We went to Bintang Walk and did some shopping. Oh my, finally got hubby's swimsuit. We've been looking for it since early this year but couldn't get a suitable one. Without much effort, we saw one that he liked and fitted well. And the price so much cheaper. He ended up having half a dozen new clothings of very cheap and good branded polos and shirts.
After about 4 hours of shopping, we took the LRT back. Tried taking a bus but after a while we wouldn't know how long is the waiting time and not very sure about where to alight, we flag down a cabby who is chinese and made sure he charged by the meter.... wahaha.... we scared kana 'chop'..... ok lah, the driver is quite friendly. Lucky we....
ehmm, only if my 'that' good frend (who was suppose to be there with me) was there with her partner. We should have fun together.
